Nula's House is perfectly positioned at the top of the village and along a very quiet street, overlooking the valley and surrounding forests and hills and the start of the Sakar mountain range. The exterior of the house is well built and made of the local granite and redbrick while most of the inside walls are thick and crafted from mudbrick. Many renovations have been carried out meaning most of the hard work here is done. You have modern electrics, modern plumbing, the floors are good, most of the rooms are plastered, the roof has been repaired and re-felted, the windows and doors are new and everything you see is included except the TV. Having said that, there is still work to do. Some of the finish may not be up to western standard and one of the upstairs rooms has the plumbing to become a bathroom, yet right now there is only a toilet in place. The large garden space along with the incredible views are what makes this property so special and the fact you're only a short drive to town in a sought after, up and coming village.
