Village Name: Levka
Amenities: 4 village shops and 4 bars, post office, primary school, library and park.
Other: Only 21km to the Greek border and 30km to the Turkish border. Located nearby, you'll find stunning lakes, reservoirs, forests, vineyards, streams, rolling hills and ancient ruins.
House: The main house consists of 3 rooms, a spacious hallway and porch. The second house is made up of a conservatory, kitchen, wet room and large living room / dining area.
Garden: The entire plot measures over half an acre and is made up of a small field at the very top, a large back garden with mature fruit trees, a patio area at the front of the property and courtyard garden below to the side.
Penka House is the perfect small holding with endless barns and garages, easy living spaces, plenty of land with mature fruit trees and vines as well as a lot of what you need to get started.
Both of the houses are in great condition and just need basic modernising. Adding in inside toilet might be one of the first jobs and could be a very quick and simple installation within the second house where you already have the wet room and outside toilet right behind. The property is connected to mains water and electricity plus you also have a well that could be pumped to help with irrigation. All the furniture is included with the sale as are most of the decorations and smaller items.
This really is a fantastic property in a really beautiful location right on the edge of a great up and coming village. Also perfect for families too with the village school just a few minutes walk down the hill.
You'll find loads more information in the walk round video we made and the link's below.

**Please note that in the video we described the street up the side of the property as an overgrown and private road. However it only appeared that way from the inside of the plot. After filming the video we walked around the corner and realised it's actually used as access to a field behind and to another property on the other side, it was just so overgrown we couldn't see. Take a look at the photos for more information.
